We understand that you might have a couple of questions about Kashy. Before you send us an email, here are some of the more common questions we receive.

Won't you need a workshop?

You might be surprised to find out that your mechanic doesn't need a workshop for most of your repairs, it's also what makes Kashy inexpensive, and is why our Kashy mechanics are able to look after you at home or even while you work.

What if I need to cancel?

No worries! Our mechanics are usually super flexible and so long as you give us reasonable warning, we will try to accomodate.

Are there charges for cancelling?

Not usually, the only time we may request a payment for an outright cancellation is if we are unable to return the parts or use them for another customer.

How do I pay for my service?

We offer bank transfer, credit card and PayPal options after your service that mean cashless and contactless service. 

How does Kashy vet their mechanics?

All our mechanics are people we have worked with over time. We are incredibly selective about the mechanics we use, and check their work before they start, and their customer ratings after each service.
